Hi,
You may not know us yet but we are Ian Allen, Eric Nathey, and Travell Adams. We are three friends who meter under the most coincidental and extraordinary circumstances. Ian, and Eric both left their hometowns to study and pursue a better life in L.A., California. Both graduated in 2007 and received degrees from Brooks Institute for film production and design. While Travell, graduated in 2006 from Cincinnati State College majoring in Business management and real estate. We are 2 guys from Cincinnati, Ohio, and 1 from Wisconsin who all met in California while chasing our dreams to become respected individuals meanwhile working in separate industries. After years of working several dead beat jobs and barely making ends meat doing odd work unrelated to our educational background. The 3 of us sat down one day and decided to come up with a plan that could not only help ourselves but millions of talented people like us who pay thousands of dollars in tuition every year only to find out how hard it is to truly become successful, and make money doing what you love to do. We all have the drive that it takes to succeed but don’t have the money or resources to make OUR dreams come true. Little did we know we would come up with one of the most revolutionary Ideas imaginable. Independent Artists Town, a.k.a. I.A. Town.com. An online community based site devoted to helping talented people succeed by any means necessary. A place Created FOR ARTISTS, BY ARTISTS. (Now Open Yore Mind, and read on….)
I. A. Town.Com will be the ultimate portal for 5 different Independent art-forms. artists. Visual Artists, Musicians, Writers, Fashion, and Indie Films . You will NOT find mainstream artists or music on our site (unless they are indie). Independent Artist Town started out as just an independent record label, but it has changed and morphed into what we know today as Independent Artist Town. With the help of our users We want provide the service of digital distribution, publishing, advertising, promotion, networking, and provide specialized marketing services to 5 different forms of artists. Visual Artists, Musicians, Writers, Fashion, and Indie Films. We wont discriminate any products, because no matter what we may think about it, someone will feel differently, and what better way to reach your audience than through the web! As our site grows, we will be adding more features, and we hope that you will be a part of it with us.
The I. A. Town Store is only part of what we want to do. We will offer several services to independent artists, with the first service being the I.A. Town Store. You can use the store to sell your own original material to fans from all over the world. In the future will also come video sharing and online streams. The second service is digital content distribution, which is where we can sub-license your work to other internet stores,. Our third service is Touring and Promotions. This service is still under development but we want to grow a Worldwide (we are currently expanding in the U.S. only) network of Venues, Studios, and Businesses, that artists can network with to not only perform, but to make money as well. This is our most exciting project as it can bring together nearly unlimited resources for the independent entertainment community.
We are currently based out of Tarzana, California and we plan to work with artists all over the globe. We invite you to become a part of our movement and join in our efforts to Revolutionize the Industry by showing the major players how it should be done. Everyone knows that the internet is here to stay, and we are going to do our part to put control back into the hands of the artists and the fans.
Right now we are just 3 guys trying to get the world to help us create our vision, so that we have the opportunity to help others become as successful as they dream to be.
