LEWIS, SARA. Sara Lewis, 98, passed away on August 19 in Miami. She was born in Binghamton, New York to Morris and Gussie Shulman, married Albert Lewis in 1936 and moved to San Antonio, Texas in 1942. She assisted her husband in the early development of Ace Manufacturing and was a volunteer at Bexar County Hospital for many years. She moved to Miami in 2002 to be with her daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Tom Green. Her sister and brother-in-law, Ann and Edwin Sonfield pre-deceased her in recent years. She is survived by Carol and Tom, grandson Spencer Green, nephew Matthew Sonfield (Judy) and niece Lynn Sonfield. The family thanks The Palace, especially Enid Howell and Josh Cabrera, for their many kindnesses and caring. Services will be at 10 A.M. Sunday.
