posted 09/01/2008 at 7:12 pm in albuquerque, nm
I am a licensed New Mexico real estate agent; real estate educator and have experience in commercial

mortgage lending. I am seeking a salaried position within commercial real estate or commercial

finance; to apply my skills and acquire new ones in order to help the organization execute and

accomplish its objectives.

Below is my resume. In addition to the education listed, I am currently taking courses towards eligibility

for the New Mexico Certified Public Accountant examination and license.

I also have work experience in recruitment/human resources and business development; having briefly

worked in such a capacity for a small brokerage; recruitment of five new agents; helping to create

a training and development program for new agents and developing media marketing contacts.

I believe my education and experiences will be of mutual benefit to any such organization that focuses

upon commercial real estate or commercial mortgage finance.

Note: Please DO NOT contact me if position requires any up-front fees or investment on my part; is

a MLM scheme or requires me to visit a website or call a 1-800 number to obtain more information

about position. Serious inquiries only.
