Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests for Splash’s “Wave” condominium is 6. Exceptions will be made for children 2 and under.
Minimum Stay & Minimum Age
This property requires a 3 night minimum stay. Longer stays may be required during holidays and peak season. Minimum age to rent is 25.
No Smoking & No Pets
All units are non-smoking inside and outside on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Any guests found violation these rules may be evicted and will forfeit all rent and security deposit paid. |
