When Ameriquest shut down a few years ago, the Vice President of sales for the entire nation started his own company. His blueprint for the future is to become the next nationwide retail sales force and knows what it takes to get there. We are looking to build the next fortune 500 mortgage company.
Despite the way the market has been, we are a growing company and are looking for qualified mortgage consultants/loan officers to grow with us and take it to the next level.
We specialize in FHA, Fannie Mae, VA, Reverse Mortgages, and everything in between. We are licensed in Florida and Tennessee at the moment, but will soon be expanding into other states as we continue to grow. We offer everything our loan officers need; from a beautiful office and conference room, to fresh leads daily, to benefits, to endless support.
Our loan officers have access to state of the art computer systems that allow them to take an application, pull credit, structure the loan, and run through DU on the same phone call.
We can close FHA loans in 5 to 7 days and conventional loans in 3 to 4 days.
