We specialize in Direct Response Media Services, Television, Print & Radio and are the unsurpassed Direct Response resource in the industry. Experience in advertising accounting a HUGE PLUS! The successful candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, have the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
This position consists of the following duties, but not limited to:
*Accounts Payable/Receivable
*Account Reconciliations
*General Accounting Functions
*General Office Duties (copying, faxing, correspondence, mail, etc.)
The skills required are as follows:
*MUST BE PROFICIENT IN QUICKBOOKS AND EXCEL (Intermediate Level or Higher)
*Minimum 2 year College Degree
*Minimum 2 years Accounting Experience
*Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*General Office Equipment (Fax, Multi-line Phone, Copier, etc.)
