We are seeking a recruiter that will review candidate profiles, entice potential candidates about opportunities, conduct phone and face to face interviews, check references, and follow up, follow up, follow up. **This position will require initiative, sales ability, and desire to make a lot of contacts to potential candidates.
As a member of our team, you will receive a base salary, unlimited commission potential, medical, dental, and paid time off.
We are looking for people that have a positive mind set, are customer service focused, are fast learners, and are extremely driven. Potential candidates may have one of the following career experiences:
1. An ambitious sales professional with a successful track record from a financial / mortgage or real estate backround that would like to assist in connecting the right candidates with the right clients.
2. An enty level person with a positive mindset and a desire to be in a sales / commission environment.
We will train the right individual! **This position will entail being on the phone and in person interviewing most of the day, so we are looking for people that would thrive and love this type of day. You will be working on fast paced technical and non-technical positions.
