So you can work from home etc. We allow people to process if they like if not we have processors on staff (Bilingual). We pay $200.00 per month toward health Ins. We also offer 401-k and supplemental Ins. Each loan officer has there own computer and desk. We offer the top technology in the business. We can do business in many states. We pay min. wage 7.50 per hour. You will be a W-2 loan officer. We are licensed to do Conv, Subprime, FHA, VA, Reverse and Commercial loans. We are a correspondent lender for Reverse Mortgages, this allowsus to do loans above the FHA limit. Reverse mortgages can make you a lot of money, dont be fooled by just getting a referral fee, you can make the full origination 2% of every loan, plus Ysp.

500 CREDIT SCORE 97% LTV.
620 CREDIT SCORE 100% LTV.
NO CREDIT SCORE UP TO 100% LTV.
660 CREDIT SCORE 90% SIVA. (Conventional Pricing)
We have an In-house Title company that allows customers to close anywhere they like.
We also provide leads to loan officers.
