Own week #25 at Gatlinburg Town Square every year. Gold crown 2b/2b condominium that sleeps 6. Large wrap around balcony. One Block off main strip. Features in room jacuzzi, two pools, awesome views and you can walk to everything. Maintenance fee cost per year is $500. Renting a condo this nice for a week this close to everything would easily cost 3x that.
This is a deeded unit with a lock out feature that allows you to bank one side of the unit and actually take two vacations a year. This gold crown resort trades with RCI for infinite possibilities as far as destinations if you choose not to go to the Smokeys any given year.
This years maintenance fee is already paid so you can enjoy Week #25 this year. This week is always the last week in June and is classified as Red-High value if you decide to sell the unit later. The resort sells theses units for twice what we are asking. We have an empty nest now and have no kids to enjoy Gatlinburg with now so we are selling. |
