Established, growth-oriented, customer-focused specialty advertising company seeks a self-motivated, proven producer for a key position. The successful candidate will have a history of building new client relationships, maintaining excellent customer service, and surpassing quotas. Knowledge and experience in selling display, classified and/or specialty advertising is highly desired. You will have the opportunity to work out of your home office, have company generated accounts to service and modern, user-friendly website to assist in identifying new clients. Compensation structure includes a liberal commission structure and incentives to earn well in excess of $75,000 annually.
Create, maintain and execute a successful territory sales plan;
Verifiable successful outside commissioned sales experience;
Initiate and control sales processes with new clients;
Proven ability to find, contact, and negotiate with potential customers to develop business, create demand, and close opportunities;
Follow up and monitor projects with current customers to ensure their satisfaction;
Close and multi-task sales opportunities;
Bilingual in English and other language highly desirable;
Project a positive presence in negotiations to maximize revenues, gross margins and profits;
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation is required.
