Job responsibilities
The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing and directing the day-to-day property management for the manufactured home community including but not limited to administrative activities, sales, leasing, property maintenance, human resource management, resident relations, property budgets and reporting. Organize; maintain all office files and documentation. Schedule/ maintain calendars and coordinating meetings & conferences. Update information in CRM database or spreadsheets and prepare and send materials to clients or prospects.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED with two years property management experience. Also required are a general knowledge of maintenance, good working knowledge of computers, working knowledge of basic accounting principles, and a thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws pertaining to fair housing and employment. Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision. To have strong communications and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
