You read right, you get free furniture with this deal! Plus it's close to campus! I am graduating in December and need somebody to take over my lease in January. I am leaving the country and would rather not have to go through the hassle of storing or selling my stuff. You get your pick of free stuff! I have two 27' inch TVs, a large and comfy leather couch, and more. Of course, if you want to sign the lease and have your own furniture, I won't force you take my stuff. Think of it as an incentive for renting this house. There is one roommate that will live in the house until July, but 3 bedrooms are available in January. Lease ends in July, but you can resign and stay longer! House is located on NW 34th Street, in between University and 8th Ave. Short biking distance to campus. Great location!!
